    No! Our chefs have created over 100 recipes, each with unique flavour blends.

  • Are the boxes good value?

    Most of our boxes cost £3.25 and serve up to 4 people. While this doesn’t include fresh ingredients, we feel that Tyga boxes are great value.

  • Are Tyga boxes eco-friendly?

    We use both compact & recyclable packaging. In addition to this, all of our ingredients are pre-portioned which will help you to reduce food waste.

  • Do Tyga boxes suit specific diets?

    Most of our boxes are GF and there are vegetarian and vegan options available.

  • How long do they last?

    6 months.

  • Do they need to be kept in the fridge?

    No, they can be stored in your cupboard.

  • Do they contain sugar?

    No, our pastes and spices don’t contain any added sugar.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    Pretty much the full works, we accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express and Apple Pay.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, you can cancel your order at any time via the ‘Your subscriptions‘ page

  • How do I redeem by gift voucher?

    Please get in touch with us at sales@tyga.com with your voucher code and the customer care team will set up your account.

  • Can I include a gift message?

    Yes. Please get in touch with us and we will include a handwritten gift note.

  • Do I need to be in to receive my box?

    No. Our boxes will fit in a standard UK letterbox

  • When will my box arrive?

    We deliver with Royal Mail and usually boxes arrive within 4 working days. We will let you know via email when your order is shipped.

  • Where do you deliver?

    We deliver to the whole of the UK using Royal Mail.

  • Can I change my delivery address?
